William Byron won last year’s Coke Zero Sugar 400 after starting from sixth position. Once he gained the lead, he kept it for 24 laps until winning. Although Byron won last year, this year’s odds have placed him at +1200, just after Kyle Larson with +1100 and Denny Hamlin with +750.

In 2019, Justin Haley won the Coke Zero Sugar 400. With that in mind, according to DraftKings’ odds, he is at +10,000 for this year’s race. In contrast, the 2018 Coke Zero Sugar 400 winner, Erik Jones, is at +5000.

Ricky Stenhouse Jr. is getting odds of +2200. It was in 2018 when he won the Coke Zero Sugar 400. Looking at the odds, there is no solid favorite so this is undoubtedly going to be an exciting race.
