American casino operator Penn National Gaming Incorporated has announced the signing of a deal that is to give it ‘second skin’ access to any future New York mobile sportsbetting and iGaming market.

The Wyomissing-headquartered firm used an official Monday press release to detail that the 20-year arrangement was inked with the Capital Region Gaming enterprise of compatriot Rush Street Gaming, which is responsible for the 165-room Rivers Casino and Resort Schenectady.
